What size bed should I order for my fur baby?
The measurement is the width of the base. Once the base measures to 14, 16, or 18 inches, I begin to make the walls of the bed. Each size bed's walls are the same height.
Recommendations based on customer orders:
14 inch...... Cats 2-10lbs / Dogs 2-5lbs
16 inch...... Cats 10-15lbs / Dogs 5-10lbs
18 inch...... Cats 15lbs+ / Dogs 10-20lbs
Please choose the size you feel is best fit for your fur baby. Some like tighter spaces and can curl up more while others like to sprawl out. You know your fur baby best!
Please note measurements may vary slightly due to the product being handmade, the natural shift in the yarn and stitches, as well as how loose or tight you hold the yarn while measuring.
What do fur baby beds feel like?
They are made of soft yarn which is why they are fur baby magnets! Since the beds are made of yarn, they are very "pliable" and tend to mold to the shape of your fur baby or how they are laying in it. The walls move with them, but easily can be fluffed straight back up. Customers have said they think the walls give their fur baby the sense of being held which comforts them.
What if I don't see the two/three color option that I want in the drop down menu?
Choose any two/three color options and then at check out put a special note in the comment section indicating which colors you do want.
Why are there less color options for the fur baby mats / couch covers?
I use a different brand yarn for the mats / couch covers. There are a few other color options available that are not listed or pictured in the color chart, as I do not have all the samples yet. Please contact me if you're interested in more color options.
What if I love fur baby beds and mats, but I don't see exactly what I'm looking for (color or size)?
Everything I make is custom, I do not keep a stock on hand. The sizes I offer on the website are based on the most popular requests I receive. I'd be happy to hear what you're looking for, whether that is a different size or more specific color, and I can let you know if I can create it!
